My teacher can get her hair curly even by the roots. How can I do this?

I guess she uses a diffuser but when I use a diffuser my hair always goes flat again when I'm done. I have naturally curly hair but I can never get my hair really really curly like she does.

Ask your teacher. But chances are she has a different curl than you so you probably will never get it to look like hers. But you can try spraying on lots and lots of spray gel while your hair is wet and diffuse upside down. The spray gel will keep the frizzies away and should give you an added lift. It might be a little crunchy at first but that will soften up after a few hours....I mean lots of spray gel. I know a girl who does it this way and her hair is glorious!!

I have naturally wavy hair, and i have the same problem.

When you get out of the shower let your hair air dry for 10-20 minutes or until damp. Then start scrunching. I would put about a dime size of panteen pro-v aply to the roots and work down. then take the defuser and dry the ROOTS first. Then if you go to your local drugstore buy "curl booster" it runs for about 4$. Good luck. scrunch periodically throughout the day.

If this doesnt work, dry from the bottom up.
