How to straighten short curly hair for guys?

I have shirt curly hair? Its not as curly as African American but still curly in the sense that it grown in every direction. and grows upwards. My question is how do i straighten as much as possible for as long as possible. im open to any and all suggestions.

Purchase a really thin flat iron (an inch should do the trick), and some straightening balm/ serum/ or cream. It'll help straighten your hair even more, and then just finish it of with a touch of hairspray. (Not enough for anyone to notice unless you spike it, but enough to keep your hair from going back to curly.)

Also, you want it to be able to up to atleast 375 degrees, to get the straightest hair without taking up too much time to do. Make sure it either has ceramic or tourmaline plates, so your hair doesn't burn.

get it chemically straightened. you know, like a reverse perm. but go for the expensive ones that you have to go get done if you're really serious about it, cause anything else doesn't work. trust me i have pretty curly hair and the box ones from the store never worked AT ALL.
