Another curly hair question.........?

i have according ot some scale i cant remember the name of 3b curly hair and i have always wanted to pull the top of it up itno a cute crickly bun and leave a few random soft curls down but when i pull up the top the bottom curls try to stick out instead of going down i tried straightening the part nearest my scalp but that just looked strange any ideas

i have naturally curly hair and i say..try mousse...when u get out of the shower,put your hair up..excepet the hairs u want to dangle down,and mousse them!

try to get some jell for black ppls hair it holds really well n might help u out plus u can use it n curl it
