I need help with curly hair!?

My hair is neck length, blonde, and very curly.

I noticed that Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale both have small curls, but somehow made their hair so it has curly waves. Can someone help me with this style or have any good ideas for my type of hair?

try leaving it in curlers at night or use a wide barrel curling iron.

I also have very curly hair,but, I think those girls have straight hair to begin with and those Hollywood people can afford to have their hair done any way they want. But people like us with curly hair can use a 'flat iron' to straighten our hair and then use a small curling iron to put the curls where you want them.

Ashley Tisdale"s hair is permed!!! she has been perming it since she was like 8 or something. to get your curls nice put them in to a med barrel. and bush a littel. make sure that you use heat protection!D
