I am biracial and I have curly hair but I want them to be more defined. A good example of how I want it is like Christina Milian or Mya's hair.

go and buy a product called "loose locks" by sebastian. depending on the thickness of your hair if its thick use more eg a 50c piece. work it through the mid lengths to ends, put a little bit of moose this is done when your hair is wet. and use a difuser tilt your head and move the difuser up and down. if its not curly enough, after u put your products in get tiny sections of your hair and twist it till it gets fairly tight, do this with all your hair then difuse it till its nearly dry.

the best thing to do for sure is shower right before styling your hair.

Second - use some gel. like a thin flexible hold. It will make your hair curl really nicely :)

I found that I had to start with a really good haircut.

As for styling, I love Dove styling cream. It is inexpensive and works really well.

Use good products from Viable Changes and get a good humidifier that hooks on to your blow drier and blow-dry hair slow. And keep in mind that your hair may not be meant to curl like that. Good luck!!!!

after you wash your hair run a comb through it... other than that dont brush it... this should help seperate the curls.. you could also use a curling shamoo like umberto giannini curl friends

shampoo first your hair then apply hair mouse to accentuate the curl.

Use hair rollers like I do. I have head full of spiral curls and I roll up my hair nightly to acheive it.
