How do you manage your curly hair?

i have curly hair like this:

my curls are extremely tight and course, like in the picture, maybe even curlier, but my curls are very frizzy and undefined.

how do i get my curls like the picture?

what products do you reccomend, and if you have curly hair(as curly as mine) what do you do to define them and keep them frizz free all day? i already use a great shampoo and conditioner, so no problems there, but i just can't style it nicely.

i use an antifrizz serum and it works great. you can get it at any drugstore.
