I used to have long, curly hair.

I recommend Redken All Soft shampoo and conditioner. But, only shampoo your hair every other time you wash it or else it will become frazzled and rough. Follow up with Redken fresh curls spray.

DO NOT use brands like aussie or pantene, they put so much build up in your hair. I used to use aussie, and it made my hair heavy, my stylist gave me a deep conditioning treatment to strip the build up it caused on my hair, and it instantly became nearly 3 shades lighter! It was definetly a wake up call.

I have had curly/frizzy hair all my life, been through most products, but now i just wet my hair in the morning and run through Loreal elvive intense conditioner, it has smooth serum in it, leave it in, let it dry naturally, and your good to go!! works for me!!! do it again the next day, i only wash it once a week, this way your freshing it up and rinsing away yesterdays product, coz after i wash it, it takes a few days for it to settle down,coz if its frizzy it means its dry, like mine, you need to put the moisture back into it, so everytime you wash it you are washing away all the moisture.
