Help! my curly hair gets frizzy, flat and nappy by the end of the day?

i have shoulder length curly hair with layers and when i first style it in the morning it looks great and is extremly curly and shiny but by the end of the day almost all the curl is gone and i am left with unmanagable frizz. I get it colored monthly so it probably has something to do with it being dried out. what products should i use or what should i do?
