How to make guy's hair curly?

So I am going to a costume party tonight and for my costume I need curly hair...I am a guy and I have pretty long bangs and my hair goes to about my ear...how can I/will I even be able to make my hair curly...my mom has a curling iron, I have gel and a blowdryer and a straightner if that helps. I want my hair to look like this

You would need a culring iron with a really small barrel to get your hair like that. Most curling iron barrels are about 11/2" and that is too big. If your mom does have one thats small enough though then go for it. You should ask her to do it though because assuming you've never used one before, you'll probably not do it right and make it look bad. Put some gel in your hair before you start or if your mom has mousse use that instead.

If your moms curling iron has a really small barrel, that might work. Put hair spray on it first. I'd try it now to see how it gets. Your hair will loosen up really fast so keep them curled tight.
