First get your hair trimmed up. Add a FEW long layers throughout your hair, and cut a couple pieces of hair around your face to the length of the bottom of your chin. It'll make you're face look less weighed down by your hair. Definately don't make the mistake of putting short layers in your hair, big mistake. you should use Frizzeez. my sis has the exact prob and has to use that. also if you use a difuser (the comb looking thing on the end of a blow dryer) that should help alot. it helps the hair dry curly instead of frizzy. i love curly hair! even if its frizzy. if you got it flaunt it. :}
