try teasing your hair with curly hair.

i've done it before and it had this really cool wavyness to it.

and then maybe you can later on get some cool extensions, nothing tacky like bright colors.

brush the curls out so they become loose if you grow your hair long the weight off the hair will drop the curls

use a hairspray but right after u apply it take handfuls of hair and strinch it up, it will give you the dramatic edge you seek :)

You can't. The whole (ugly) scene/emo look is pin straight. You'll never see a curly haired scene kid, unless it's a poser...Sorry. Just straighten it and use some sort of protecting spray. I flat iron my frizzy/curly hair, and it's not fried.

But it is dead, cause all hair is dead...
