well if you are looking to straighten it, use a serum to make it shiny with no frizz. Paul Frieda straightening serum works wonders. if you are looking to just go natural without the frizzy look, use a water-base pomade with leave-in conditioner.

There's a really great line of hair products for curly hair called Ouidad. You can get it at some salons, but I usually just order mine direct at the website. It works wonders!

The website has a quiz to take to determine which of their products are best for your type of curly hair. They don't have a straightener, because they're all about embracing your curls, but I've found just blowdrying it out on a round brush is the only thing that works well for me. Tedious, but it gets the job done.

i have the same problem and i use herbal essence mouse for curly twisted hair or just any mouse and put in it in your hair and crunch it in until it disappears and the next day just put some water in it and crunch it it really works and for the cutler straightening cream doesn't work i bought it and it doesn't work at all but you know what does work if you use a straightener and like a straightening spray such as herbal essence dangerously straight spray or use PIN straight moose and blow dry it and then straightening it
