Naturally curly hair..But very frizzy..HELP!!?

ok well i have really curly hair and i like it alot when its wet cuz its curly but not frizzy when it dries tho it is really frizzy how do i get it not to be frizzy and make it pretty and shiny?? (i like miley cyrus's curls but idk if theyre real) HELP ME!!!

Friss-Ease products are awesome for frizzy, curly hair. I personally like their heat protector serum because it not only smooths the frizz, but it protects your hair from the heat if you blow-dry it or heat style. If you just want to enhance your natural curls, I'd put some frizz-ease and some curling mousse or gel (Tresemme is awesome, expecially for the price), and use a diffuser attachment on your hair dryer until your hair is about 90% dry, then let it air dry. You can also scrunch your hair if you don't have a diffuser, but I recommend getting one, because scrunching causes more frizz.

If you don't want to blow-dry at all, put a combination of baby and mousse or gel in your towel-dried hair, scrunch it a little and let it dry. The gel or mousse will help to hold the curls, and the baby oil will add shine and keep the curls from getting too crispy feeling.
