Stiff, dry, curly hair!?

I have stiff, curly and kinda dry hair. And my hair gets flat easily. Do you have any suggestions about solving or at least making the situation better?

Stiff, dry, curly hair!?

I used to have that problem then I got a little hair cut... they used a cleansing shampoo and left that on for a little bit (use that only once a week) then I invested in the TIGI line of "curls rock" and I use a defuser now when I blow dry my hair ( and I crunch it while drying it...I flip my hair over)...it's like night and day!
