I have medium lenth hair and curly hair and I was wondering if I should cut it in layers but i have doubts because im afraid it my look bad

Curly hair tends to need layers because one long length is usually flat at the top (roots). Layers will lighten the weight of the hair and add some needed "lift" at the roots.

Just don't do it too short; if you do, get a flat iron and wear your hair straight for a while!

hell yeh you got medium lenght hair so why not try it out dont get them done to short tho my auntie has medium length curly hair and she has had some disasters with short layers but its layered now and it looks really nice, go for it

Yes! But when you go to your stylist make sure to not only say that you want layers, but that you want "long layers." This will prevent any mis-communication on your behalf so that you don't walk out with really short, frizzy layers.

Long layers also tend to make curly hair more manageable. I have curly hair (not like spirals, but more like wavy/looks like I curled it with an iron) and long layers, and it's more manageable this way :)

um.....curly hair is supposed to be in layers. ........its not made to be even. its just not how curly hair should be. please tell me you didnt go into the public with even curly hair..........the more layered the better.
