Have you ever tried straightening your hair? I heard a lot of people with curly hair complaining that they wished their hair was straight. I don't know if this helps, but get your hair straightened or go to a hair salon or something.

just go to a hair solon and ask them to take a straightner and the straighten it.

It sounds like you just need a good quality haircut. Try and see if there is a certified Ouidad salon in your area ( http://www.ouidad.com ). They have this carving and slicing method that works amazing for curly hair. Good Luck!
