How can I make curly hair go wavy without going frizzy?

I've got really curly hair that I can straighten easily, and also wear with my natural tight curls. But I don't know how to do loose curls (like keri hilson in the pic). Everytime I dry it naturally (without products that make my hair go very curly), it goes too frizzy, but whenever I straighten it before using a curling iron, the curls just drop straight back out - please help! Thanks

Sweetie I have the same problem.... I've tried everything and I've came to conclusion that you have to deal with it curly or you straighten it which takes forever..... there's no in between!!
