A graduated bob is also called an A line cut. It is where your hair is shorter in the back and longer in the front, usually without any layers. My hair is pretty long and has long layers now, but I am not sure if a graduated bob will work ok in my hair type! I don't want it to look like a 'shelf' or wedge cut. Any suggestions? I really would like to find a website that has pictures of someone with a curly graduated bob cut but I haven't found any.

Talk to your Hair Stylist she would know best...Good Luck :D

Well, try it and if it doesn't work, cut the rest short and grow it out again. I know my hair would look really silly that way, unless I used my gel that is simply called Straight and blew it dry with a round brush. I think Straight is made by Redkin.

I would suggest a razor cut, which gradually layers as they go down. Visit a good beautician for info.Razored really doesn't look that layered only thinner.

No way! Thick curly hair looks terrible in a bob. Especially a graduated one. Unless you plan to straighten every day don't do it.
