I would love curly hair!?

I have naturally straight, thick hair. But lately I've really wanted it to be curly...which is why I'm thinking about a perm. I've never had a perm before and I don't want to look like a poodle...I just want a very nice(and fake, but natural looking) curl to my hair. What do I tell the hair people?

since ur hair is naturally straight im afraid you may not like ur hair so much if you "perm" it and thats fairly permanent sooo...... make sure you really want that, and btw have you ever tried just using rollers or curling it with a curling iron?? u should try those first...and if you really must get it permed after that just tell them what you told us! good luck to ya!

Not all perms turn hair in '80s, poodle hair. Actually most perms nowadays make hair more naturally curly. Tell your hairdresser you just want some natural pretty curls. And it also helps when you show them a picture as well.

When you go, you can choose a size roller, if you get a bigger size roller, then you wont have a milion little curls.

you can pick whatever size you want, and the girls (or boys) who do hair are really nice, and if you tell them what'd you like i'm sure they can help you! Good luck! :)

well a perm could essentially ruin your hair.

maybe you should try scrunching it?

where when you come out of the shower take some mousse and scrunch it up like crumpling paper.

i do it all the time and it make it look like wet crunchy curls

everyone loves it!

and if u do it long enough it will come out superrr curly and pretty!

Try Solar Rollers first-you can roll them so they make spiral curls.If you like this then you can get the perm.Just remember-perm is short for permanent-lol.
