her hair is not naturally like that from the photo its from a curling iron i suggest buying one and practicing it wont come out like that unless you pratice a lot oh and use something to protect your hair from heat usually comes out smoother

well one way i know is to use a curling iron. Or if you want it curlier, u can wash it, put mousse and hair glosser then you can blow dry it.

get a thick hair curler, but dont curl all of your hair. just the top half and mousse or gel with hairspray to make it stay for a while

u need a large barrel curling iron, and u have to section it off correctly..also u have to hold it with hairspray

Use a curling iron, she probibly curled it. Then put get in it, or just put your hair in a braid and leave it in for a night, It should become wavy. Besisdes, your hair is probibly fine just the way it is. But curly hair like that would be pretty.
