New tricks for curly hair?

OK, I've got naturally curly hair and straightening it doesn't really help too much 'cause it doesn't really stay that way. What are some hairstyles I can do with my curly hair to make me actually like it more?

I have curly hair and wear it loose and I always get compliments on it. I just make sure to use products that are for curly hair. I use a Citre Shine gel for curly hair and it leaves my hair really nice. You dont need to use that much. Besides that, having a great haircut helps. For curly hair I like layers, long layers, but it depends on your face also. In terms of haircut you can ask your stylist.

Also, sometimes when I have time I use a blow dryer with the diffuser. The diffuser is for people with curly hair.

first, you must accept that the hair you have it probably the one that is most flattering for you and learn to live w/ it. okay, let's begin. lesson 1) do not wash your hair every day but every other day or less. however use conditioner every time you shower. 2) once you are showered, let your hair air dry. use a little mouse; i happen to like one made by pantenne made for curly hair. and then you are done. how gloriously low maintenance.

you should put some gel in your hair and crunch your hair upwards and it will enhance your curls.

If you like your hair straight you should try a Japanese Hair Straightening, also known as the Magic Straight Perm. It is expensive, anywhere from $200-$400 depending on your hairs length and the salon you go to. It will last for anywhere from six months to a year. I had it done about ten months ago and it's still perfectly straight. I love it and recommend it to anyone who straightens their hair a lot. Make sure the salon has been doing it for quite a while.

It depends if you take a shower in the morning or the night...in the mornings, I usually shower and then put more or less a hand full of mousse and leaves it "bouncy" for the rest of the day...if you put mousse at night, you can put it in a bun for a more relaxed curls...
