Is there any shampoo for filipino/malay hair? its thick and curly. There is a picture at xanga.com/mizzou_yazz. I dont know but caucasian shampoos leave my hair rough. any smoothing shampoos for asians?

Try Aphogee moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. If you have curly hair, you need to condition. A lot. Most beauty supply stores should sell Aphogee products.
