I have a friend who says everyone wants the hair they don't have. :-) You're so lucky to have curly hair, because naturally curly hair is so beautiful.

After shampooing and conditioning with _nourishing_ products (might I recommend some things below?), you should use a curl cream to define the curls in your hair. You take a small amount of the curl cream, disperse it through your hair, and then use the tail end of a hair pick to separate sections of hair to twist in your finger. Continue until you're done, and you'll have a head full of beautiful, defined, ringlet-like curls that every straight-haired person will envy.

I have curly hair and I had to experiment with different products until I found one I liked and even now the seach continues. But after I shampoo and condition I use a leave-in conditioner or hair cream/lotion. I'm mexican and my best friend who is black gave me some of her hair lotion to try and I love it. Its a pink bottle of hair moisturizer but I can't remember the name off hand. Just keep trying or seek advice from a salon.
