How Do Keep My Wildly Curly Hair From Coming Out After I Wash It?

I have REALLY curly hair and not big curls either. I have ringlets, and everytime I wash my hair and comb it with a wide tooth comb or brush, ALOT of my hair comes out. I use detangling shampoos AND conditioners to try to prevent this, but they don't help. Basically I am a lil alarmed at how much hair comes out each time but at the same time, my hair keeps growing and growing. I wash my hair once a week and tend to have to use moisturizers because it frizzes or dries out regularly. WHAT DO I DO? Plz Help, I have been dealing with this for years and have purchased almost it seems every detangling item on the market.

i've heard of people using what is called a flat iron.a trip to a stylist for a trim can help also.they can recommend a method to trim those tresses.there are also some shampoos for straight hair.good luck.

be careful of the products you use, pantene Pro-V damages your hair and makes it brittle, Garner- Fruitese tangles your hair more. I have Super Curly Frizzy hair and i have found that the best product for my hair is Sunsilk De-Friz (the green bottle).

I wouldn't worry to much about your hair falling out because my hair falls out all the time and it is still really thick and lots of people shed. But using a softer brush and less chemicals are good ideas. If you are still worried after you cut down on the products you use then i would suggest seeing a beautician.
