Naturally curly hair.?

i have naturally curly hair, and when i want to curl it..i dont' know how to go about doing that..

after a shower dont' put any product on it and then let it dry all frizzy..or is there something better i can do?

Naturally curly hair.?

Yes, why don't you give this a try? After you get out of the shower, try to squeeze some of the water out using a towel, but don't towel-dry it. This will disrupt your natural curls. Then flip your head over and shake it out a bit, so the hair falls naturally (and not just in one big clump, like usual after the shower). Then take a big dollop of curl-defining mousse in your hands, and scrunch it into your hair, being gentle. Try to scrunch towards your head, you know what I mean? Then blow-dry it upside down with a diffuser attachment. Scoop hair into the bowl of the diffuser, and lift it towards your head, so it dries weightlessly. When you're done, your curls will be pretty, not frizzy, and well-defined. Good luck!

Try putting a product in it before you curl it

Naturally curly hair.?

Serum works well for me

Naturally curly hair.?

if ur hair is naturally curly, why does it need to be curled?? LOL

Naturally curly hair.?

Go to your local salon and ask for their recommended styling gels... I use something called CatWalk for mine. It tames your curls so its not all frizzy.

I have the same hair. Put mouse on it wet and turn upside down and scrunch while you blow dry. U can try gels if mouse dont work.

Naturally curly hair.?

While it's wet just put some foam moose in it and scrunch it in with your fingers. It should dry with a cute curly wet hair look : )

Naturally curly hair.?

i have naturally curly hair, too. you can put mousse on it. i use redkin frizz ease. it works okay for me... it's not as frizzy as if i would have just left it alone.

Naturally curly hair.?

try scrunching it, that's wat i do

Naturally curly hair.?

um... ask a friend to help you curl it

Naturally curly hair.?

put gel in it after the shower and sort of scrunch it up while its wet then let dry... i had the same problem don't worry this works!

Naturally curly hair.?

y do u need to curl ur hair if its naturally curly???

Naturally curly hair.?

Oh tell me about it!

I gave up on curling it to look nice, now I just straighten it to oblivion.

But there are products out there that can help you. You can buy perm in a box for like $15 at walmart, it will relax your curls and make them much easier to deal with. you can try sunsilk sexy curls products [shampoo/conditioner, leave in, relaxer hairspray and styling gel].

Naturally curly hair.?

Be sure to use a good conditioner then you can use something like Frizze Ease then dry it and it may be just curly for you! I actually use hot rollers to take out the frizz and make my curl go in the direction I want it to. Good luck!

Naturally curly hair.?

Use a leave in conditioner mixed with a silicone-based smoother and air dry

Naturally curly hair.?

i have the same problem.. but i blow dry it after putting moose or bio silk in, then i curl it with hair spray.. it works for me.. good luck

Naturally curly hair.?

well.

u dont need to curl it...

but if, right after u get out of the shower, u put it in a tight bun, andkeep it there for a little while [a few hours, or overnight for best results] and when u take it down, it will be curly.

Voila!

Naturally curly hair.?

Im 40 and have naturally curly hair. For years I fought it but now I know how to work with it. After the shower I use a pick to comb my hair, then I put some kind of leave in conditioner. I usually use a quarter size of Aussie or Curl booster. I rub my hands together then work it through my hair. I then use a curling iron or flat iron to curl my bangs to be a little more under control.

Naturally curly hair.?

Towel dry.

After showering, I use a frizz control serum to keep the curls in check in the summer. I'm usually okay without in winter.

I use a volumizing mousse and run that through my hair. Not too much to make it crunchy, just enough to hold lightly. I follow my scrunching my hair up a little bit. If I have time, a use a low heat setting on my dryer while scrunching up my hair for added body.

Naturally curly hair.?

try Dream curls (frizz-ease by john frieda ) it works on my hair. you can find it at walgreens or walmart. it makes my hair look curly even though it is natualy wavy.

dont brush your hair dry. brush it in the shower

GEL MAKES MORE FRIZZ!!! DON TRY IT!!!

Naturally curly hair.?

I have naturally curly hair too and what I do is when I get out of the shower just let it dry for a little while so it's damp, and then scrunch is with La Bella Lots of Curls Styling Gel.

The curls come out smooth and soft every time.

Hope i helped. (:

Try a curling gel such as Marc Anthony- Strictly Curls or a Curling Mousse (I would try out both to see how they work and then make a preference) What I do to give my waves/curls some body is apply gel or moussee while it is still wet and then flip my head over and scrunch it. After this put it in a bun on the top of my head and wait for it to dry. When I take out the bun, the waves and curls look volumous and great. It is difficult to get great curls without any product. I think the trick is so find the product that works well for you. As soon as you do, you can create your own routine :)

Naturally curly hair.?

I have naturally curly hair and I fought it for 40 years! After you towel dry it, sop it up with curling mousse. When it's nearly dry, start scrunching it. When it's nearly dry, piece it out with a wax product. Give it shape and definition. That way you'll avoid the frizzies and give your do great shape and volume. Good luck, sweetie!

Naturally curly hair.?

I have curly hair, When I want to where it down. With your hair pretty wet not dripping or anything, put some moose in it, Then take hair spray and spray it really good, then style it the way you want..put more hair spray to make it stay

Naturally curly hair.?

My friend has curly hair too and she curls it almost everyday. What she does is straighten it a little or a lot. If you want it just a little curlier, just go around you hair once with the straightener. But if you want a full flow really pretty look, straighten it totally, then curl it.

Naturally curly hair.?

If you mean curling it with a curling iron, here's what I do:

I use Infusium 23 or a similar thin liquid leave in conditioner. I put it in my hair when I get out of the shower. I let it air dry.

Then I put my hair in sections are curl with a curling iron.

DON'T blow dry your hair, or if you do, WAIT until it is damp.

If your curly hair is like mine, blow drying it causes it to FRIZZ like crazy!

If I'm wearing my hair curled the natural way, I use the leave in conditioner and a gel or mouse and hairspray on top of that. I let it airdry, and when it's just a little damp, I blow dry it on LOW to add a little volume.
