Frizzy Curly Hair!?

Whenever I blow dry my curly hair, it gets really frizzy and the curls look awful!! Why is this?? I use a diffuser and I don't touch it to my hair (that adds more frizz) and i have tried a million different products, what should i do?

Frizzy Curly Hair!?

-Read the book and visit the site below about curly hair. I did and my once horrible curly hair is now virtually frizz-free ringlets. Now I get compliments on my hair all the time! Straighten your hair- be happy for a day, learn to manage your curly hair- be happy for life!

- To style your hair using the curly-girl method you will need gel and conditioner at the minimum. Some less useful, but still nice stuff would be a blowdryer, a diffuser, butterfly clips, and a microfiber hair turban.

-The main philosophy of the curly-girl method is to not use shampoo. This may sound unhygenic but it has actually made my hair less oily and dandruffy. Shampoos contain some of the same chemicals found in laundry detergent. They dry out curly hair.

- Massaging of the scalp with conditioner to remove dirt is all that is needed. Then rinse and spread conditioner on the outside layer of hair and the hair at the nape of your neck. Gently comb tangles out with your fingers or a wide toothed comb and rinse. It is also important to use gel on sopping wet hair and scrunch the hair. Then let your hair air dry or use a blowdryer with a diffuser.

- I really like the garnier fructis products. Aussie products works great too, but there are more conditioners, gels, etc. on the website. Frizz-ease hair serum is amazing for fighting frizz.

- This takes 2 to 4 weeks begin working. This is hard to do if you don't read the book, or at least the website. Hope this helps!

use a smoothing cream, blow dry on low, no diffuser, take your time.

I have curly hair too. dont blow dry it that is one of the things that makes it extra frizzy. and try DOVE anti frizz cream!

Frizzy Curly Hair!?

try Garnier gel for frizzy hair, it will hold the frizz and your hair looks healthy; note: if it's necessary to blow dry your hair, do it first and Garnier gel would be the last one you will apply

Have you tried this? I also have frizzy curly hair specially in humid weather... what I do is to mix equal parts of styling mousse with defrizzing styling cream. The cream seals the cuticle and keeps it smooth, and the mousse makes it last longer. Personally, I don楹搕 like to blow dry it because it only gives me more frizz... skip it whenever possible. ;)

i use frizz-ease hair serum and mouse and i diffuse on a low setting, that works for me

Frizzy Curly Hair!?

well ur best bet is to use a anti frizz serum for color hair to calm down the frizz....or u could roller set, or braid ur hair so the curls don't get frizzy

Frizzy Curly Hair!?

let it dry natural.

Frizzy Curly Hair!?

i use 2 have the same problem. what i found best is to put a cream/gel in it, dry it 2 the point where it is damp and then kinda role it and put it in a clip. let it dry natural from then and spritz a little hairspary so it will dry frizz free. it works every time. when it's dry u have beautiful curl/waves.

Frizzy Curly Hair!?

frizzy is such a funny word

Frizzy Curly Hair!?

screw all the products that everyone is talking about. they will dry up your hair and flake! so take it from me who is going through the same crisis:

- if want to leave your curls soft and shiny then use PINK LOTION. it's a hair moisturizer that holds in your curls without hardening it like a gel does.

- if you want your curls to stay in place, use SHINE gel. it's pink %26amp; in a clear jar. it holds your curls in. best part is, it doesn't flake like other gels do ( yay ! ).
