Wait for it to grow out a little, and get a perm for guys. Then cut it to the leanth you want.

Try to use a culry shampoo and conditoner. i have naturally curly hair and it is not easy to deal with. It a lot harder to style and care for. It gets dry much easier and can tend to look quite sloppier then straight hair.
